Everyone from the front desk to the Hearing specialists are extremely friendly and courteous. They all made my 83 year old Father very comfortable and at ease during his testing and evaluation. Erica did a very thorough job cleaning my ears with only a little discomfort. Also having my hearing aids inspected and professionally cleaned helps a lot to keep them in peak performance. I really appreciate the Livingston staff coming to Deming every Wednesday and I highly recommend their services.

Dr. Gold is wonderful, very knowledgeable and helpful. If you think you need hearing aids, call Livingston in Carrollton. I needed them and Dr. Gold fixed me up, and in my price range. He also is readily available if you have questions or need help.

Both of my hearing aids quit working and I tried everything to fix them, but couldn’t. Carl Edwards at Livingston found the problem and I was on my way home after only 10 minutes. I highly recommend Mr. Edwards at Livingston.

I have one hearing aid that I got three years ago. When I got to today’s checkup my hearing aid wasn’t working and I was afraid I had to get a new one. John Britton looked and my ears, checked my hearing aid and said the microphones were clogged. He always is so helpful and kind.

Was greeted by friendly repersentative, who ask for hearing aid to be cleaned and evaluated.
Met with Kevin, he checked ears for wax and explained that aids where in good working order. talked about kolher implant and hearing aid working together. Set next appt at 6 months.

Great service and results from Dr Gold and Caroline at the Carrolton, TX location! It’s amazing how much better I’m hearing than before, and I appreciated Dr Gold discovering and then explaining to me that I had a more rare form of hearing loss. I definitely came to the right place!
